Thom has been in the executive search field with Peterson Consulting Group Since 1997. After attending Catonsville College in Maryland he spent 10 years in the hospitality field in Baltimore, MD and Orlando, FL with Walt Disney World Corp. and PGA International.
In 2004 Thom was promoted to Managing Partner and along with helping his client companies fulfill their needs and achieve there goals he has been instrumental in working with Jr. Account Executives and Project Coordinators bringing them to the level clients expect from Peterson Consulting Group.
Thom has worked closely with many of the top firms in the industry, developing close working relationships with many of the industry's top managers. He has successfully completed assignments from mid-career engineers and sales managers through sr. associates and VP's.
Thom is married to Becky and has 3 children.
